Since 2014, Mariah has pursued a professional writing career, specializing in ghostwriting for diverse industries, including healthcare, solar power, and construction. Her tenure at tech startups saw her adeptly crafting technical articles and user guides. After being laid off from her full-time job in January 2023, Mariah reignited her passion for creative writing. Beyond freelancing, she excels as a virtual assistant and content creator, with a specialized focus on supporting authors.

Education

In the summer of 2014, Mariah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and a minor in theatre from Loyola University Chicago. During her time at Loyola, Mariah interned with the Better Government Association and worked alongside reporters from the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times.
